Ticket Design & Supply

Machine Rental

Hugely popular, the Totem rental service delivers ticket machines that are pre programmed to your exact requirements - right to your door. Machines can be supplied in advance of your event, given appropriate lead times. This allows for any practice and necessary training that you may require. Rental machines come complete with ample ticket stock to see you through your event. And at the end of the event, you simply box the machines and your supplier will arrange for a courier to collect the machines.

POS Accessories

Totem® brand products have been tested thoroughly with a whole host of point of sale equipment. A durable range of equipment that includes cash drawers, customer display units, scanners and receipt printers is available from your local Totem distributor or agent.

Service & Maintenance

All Totem equipment comes with a one-year parts and labour manufacturer's warranty and is backed by excellent after sales service. Outside the warranty period, a comprehensive maintenance agreement is available. You get peace of mind knowing that problems can be resolved with minimal fuss and dealt with preferentially. Price Configuration

When you receive any Totem® ticket machine it will contain all the price settings and ticket information pre-programmed for your convenience. Your agent will also work with you to determine exactly what information you want displayed on the ticket, such as company slogans or marketing messages.
